Last week Y5 had a fun morning of cooking Egyptian food. They prepared a range of vegetables and used their best cutting skills. They made an Egyptian red lentil soup and flatbreads. In the afternoon they had a tasting session. They tried pitta breads, chickpeas, apricots, dates, pomegranite and cous cous.
